Buddy’s Custom Catering specializes in making life’s celebrations memorable.
For over 40 years, brides and planners have looked to us for delicious food, served with professional style and at a great value to fit their varied tastes and budget.
Simple to Elegant
Most of our catered menus are served buffet style, unless a plated sit-down meal or stations are ordered. We provide tables, table coverings, serving equipment and utensils for the serving line.

We offer portable bar-b-q pits and refrigerated trucks to insure that your food is fresh and hot. The pits also bring the irresistible aroma of hickory-smoked bar-b-q for your guests (and probably all the neighbors) to enjoy.

Our standard serving time is one hour. If more time is required, there will be an additional charge of $25 per hour.

Buddy’s Buffet
The number of guests must be guaranteed 48 hours prior to your event. You will be charged per person should you exceed your guaranteed number.

Buffet menu prices are based on jobs that guarantee 50-200 people and are catered in the Knoxville area. For jobs over 200, please call for special pricing. Jobs outside Knoxville will include a mileage fee that will be quoted with the price of your job.

A $100 deposit is required to confirm your catering event. The deposit is refundable with a 48-hour cancellation notice.
